Our FREE one-hour series is lovingly put together to encompass all facets of our wellbeing. This is a frazzle-free treat for you, exploring some easy to implement tools for everyday living to achieve and maintain your optimum health.
Led by international life coach Sue Allen, and vital health therapist Patricia Campbell-Parker.

Friday 24 April – Juicing with the Diva
Patricia Campbell-Parker takes us through a healthy immune supporting juice, plus benefits of daily ginger shots. How looking after our wellbeing encompasses diet, movement, community and spirituality.
Friday 1 May – Gut-Brain Connection and Stress
Sue Allen outlines the physiology and the psychology of stress, and suggests ways to deal with chronic patterns that undermine our wellbeing. This session includes yoga and meditation.
Friday 8 May – Managing your Motivation
Patricia explains the powerful self-help therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, with practical and interactive examples.
Friday 15 May – Increase your Immunity
Sue explores facing our fears while stuck at home, or getting ready to re-emerge, plus the benefits of Microbz and making no-sugar energy balls.
