The definition of frazzle is “the state of being completely exhausted”. If you answer YES to all or just one of these questions, then you could do with a Frazzle Free Friday.

Our Frazzle Free Friday is lovingly put together to encompass all facets of our wellbeing. This is the perfect opportunity to treat yourself, whilst exploring some easy to implement tools for everyday living which will help you to achieve and maintain your optimum health in mind and body.

This event will be in the beautiful surroundings of Spirthill and the day will include:

Emotional Mindset – tips and techniques to tackle those underlying issues and everyday challenges differently
Juicing – delicious and healthy juices to nourish your mind and body
Yoga – to relax and stretch, maintaining your general wellbeing
Meditation – your intentions going forward
Gut Health Talks – understanding the gut, the microbiome and you
Massage – some “you” time
Lunch – provided by Vital Health Retreat and a walk to the labyrinth
